lymphoma-typesLymphoma can be classified in different ways but the most common lymphoma types are Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Non Hodgkins Lymphoma can come in two variations, the agressive and the slow growing type of lymphoma. The slow growing one can is more difficult to treat because the slow growing one is often detected at a later point where the cancer has developed already.

Hodgkins Lymphoma on the other hand is less common. It begins in the lymph nodes and spreads from there. Although different, both lymphoma types are treated the same way, usually with chemotherapy.
