generalized anxiety disorder symptomsMillions suffer from generalized anxiety disorder symptoms (GAD), a special form of anxiety disorder.

GAD is defined by frequents and consistent worries over a many different things. The person has no or almost no control over the worries, they always believe the worst will happen.

Often there is no particular reason for the worries, the feeling is just there and does not go away so quickly. The worries are not founded either. GAD is very exhausting therefore, people often can not sleep or relax.
