Hodgekins Lymphoma Cancer

hodgkins-lymphomaLymphoma originates in the lymphocytes and spreads from there. Thomas Hodgkin’s discovered this type of cancer 1832 which accounts for about one percent of all cancers.

If you have a swollen but painless lymph node then it could be a sign of lymphoma. Other symptoms can be low fever, exhaustion and weight loss. There is also many other variations of lymphoma, called non-Hodgkin lymphoma. A biopsy can tell which type of lymphoma you have. Hodgekins lymphoma cancer is usually treated with chemotherapy.
